1. Where are Andrawn Professional Services based?

2. What is Andrawn’s elevator statement?

If you were in an elevator with your company CEO, what pitch would you give him/her in the 45 seconds it takes to go to his floor. My response was simple. I provide our customers with intuitive, professional, functional and educational graphics, giving them the right data, all the time, from anywhere. I don’t just meet their expectations, I constantly, and consistently raise the bar and give them more than they wanted, but better still, I give them things they didn’t even know they wanted.

3. How do you accept Payment?

Payment can be made in many different formats. We accept BACS. We accept PayPal (limit on amount). We will be your approved, and preferred, supplier. Put us into your cashflow with payment terms agreed to match both our needs.

4. How do you price your works?

With years of experience in the industry, we have a very good understanding and sound knowledge of the time taken to deliver a whole variety of works. We are always looking at ways to be more efficient but always pass the savings on to you. We have easy to understand labour rates.

5. What do your processes look like?

6. How do you issue your works?

This is completely down to you. E-mail? We can attend site in person to carry out install (travel costs may be in addition to your offer proposal). We can offer remote connection and do the install without the environmental impact. Just ensure we can get access via Skype, TeamViewer (or similar) and have agreed a date/time and have the correct privileges on the Server being connected to. We can upload to secure cloud storage on your corporate servers. We can offer download links to our system(s) but are aware of the sensitivity of some data and prefer this to be the last resort.
